(908) 668-2787Diseases of the endocrine system include disorders of the pituitary gland, the pancreas, the adrenal glands, and the thyroid and para thyroid glands. At Muhlenberg, the Thyroid Center of Excellence provides services exclusive to diseases of the thyroid. Among the many diagnostic and treatment services available are consultations, fine needle aspirations, laboratory evaluations, diagnostic imaging and radioiodine therapy. The center operates under the direction of a physician board certified in endocrinology, metabolism and internal medicine.
