Anorectal Physiology Laboratory
(908) 668-2500Muhlenberg offers the only comprehensive Anorectal Physiology Lab in New Jersey. It provides examination and treatment for most major anorectal disorders including fecal incontinence, unremitting constipation, complex anal abnormalities and rectal tumors. Most studies are completed in less than two hours and are non-invasive (non-surgical). Such technologies as anal manometry, electromyography, ultrasound and endoscopic assessments are used. All tests are performed on an outpatient basis.
