Concerns and questions regarding a patient's hospital stay are addressed by the patient representative. In addition, the patient representative can help individuals complete advance directives containing decisions about their health care. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Messages can also be left at the 24-hour message center at (908)668-2223.
If your concern about the quality or safety of care has not been resolved by our staff, you may additionally contact the Joint Commission Office of Quality Monitoring to report a concern and/or register a complaint.
