Diabetes Center of New Jersey
(908) 226-4300The Diabetes Center of New Jersey, an affiliate of Solaris Health System, focuses on education and lifestyle changes that can help people with diabetes lead full lives and reduce their risk of complications associated
with the disease. Informational classes are offered to individuals with Type 1, Type II or gestational diabetes; instruction in behavior modification/weight loss and cooking also is provided. A free ongoing support group for patients and their families meets monthly. The Diabetes Center of New Jersey also offers services in Edison and Watchung.
